      Questions retailers ask first

      Does it work without internet?
      Yes. Billing, stock updates and cash or khata sales continue offline, and everything syncs in order when the connection returns. Our design target is seven days of offline operation. Dynamic UPI QR needs a data connection to confirm payment.
      Do I pay per counter or user?
      No. Every paid plan has a flat price per outlet with unlimited registers and unlimited users. Add counters and staff logins without changing your bill.
      Which languages?
      Qiyas supports 11 Indian languages on screen and on receipts, including Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Bengali, alongside English.
      Can I migrate my data?
      Yes. Upload items, customers and balances from spreadsheets or your current billing software. An AI health check flags duplicates and gaps, you confirm field mapping and preview, then run a test sale before going live. Basic migration is free on every paid plan; Enterprise includes managed migration.
      Is it GST & e-invoice ready?
      Yes. Qiyas is built for GST 2.0 with HSN on every item, e-invoice (IRN), e-way bills, GSTR-1-ready data and IMS/2B matching. Your CA gets Tally-ready exports and a free CA console.
      Which payment providers work?
      Qiyas is payment-provider neutral. Take UPI with dynamic QR and automatic reconciliation, card, cash, khata and split tender. Scale and above add payment routing and three-way reconciliation.
      How does the AI decide, and can it act alone?
      The AI Store Manager works from your sales, stock, purchase and payment data. Every recommendation shows why, the evidence, a confidence score and the expected impact, and waits for your approval. On Pro, you can allow autonomous replenishment within limits you set; everything else still needs approval.
      Where is my data stored and can I export it?
      Your data is hosted in India and handled in line with the DPDP Act. You can export your items, customers, bills and reports at any time.
